Welcome to Memeshot, a fun and competitive PvP game built on memecoin price battles. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Memeshot mobile application, website, and related services ("App" or "Service") operated by Tokentribe Ltd ("we", "our", "us"). By using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Purpose of the App

Memeshot is a purely simulated game for entertainment and educational purposes.

• There is no use of real money, real cryptocurrency, or real trading.
• All in-game tokens, leverage, prices, wins, losses, and rewards are fictional and carry no actual value.
• Any references to real crypto prices (e.g., BTC, SOL) are used only to simulate game dynamics.

This is not a trading platform, exchange, or gambling app.

2. Who Can Use Memeshot

Memeshot is open to all users, including children.

• While the app contains rapid chart movement and competitive game mechanics, it does not contain violence, financial risk, or mature content.
• Parental guidance is recommended for younger users to understand the simulated nature of the game.

3. Game Mechanics

• Users simulate head-to-head battles using fictional "collateral" and "leverage".
• Battles are decided by price movement on live memecoin charts, fetched from public price feeds.
• Winners earn in-game XP and leaderboard points, which cannot be redeemed for cash or cryptocurrency.

4. Code of Conduct

You agree not to:

• Abuse, spam, or exploit the app
• Attempt to use bots, cheats, or automation
• Upload or share offensive content
• Reverse engineer or manipulate game logic

We reserve the right to suspend or ban users who violate the spirit of the game.

5. Disclaimers

Memeshot is a fictional, educational, and entertainment-based app.

We do not offer financial advice. We do not facilitate trading. We do not process crypto.

6. Limitation of Liability

You use the app at your own discretion. Tokentribe Ltd is not liable for:

• Any real or perceived financial outcome
• Any losses based on in-game decisions
• Any misunderstanding of the app's fictional nature

7. Modifications

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App implies acceptance of the updated Terms.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. Disputes shall be resolved under Singapore jurisdiction.
